How to Exchange Your Silver Ring
Contact Us: To initiate an exchange, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at (434) 212-1237. Our customer service team will guide you through the process.
Package the Item: Once we have received your request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for packaging the item.
Ship the Item: After packaging the item, please send it back to us with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item.
Receive Your Exchange: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process the exchange. We will ship the new item to you as soon as possible.
You may exchange your silver ring within 30 days of the original purchase date.
The item must be returned in its original condition, with no signs of wear or damage.
We do not accept exchanges for custom-made pieces, engraved rings, or rings that have been altered in any way.
If the exchanged item is of greater value than the original item, you will be responsible for paying the difference. If it is of lesser value, we will refund the difference.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange request that does not meet our policy guidelines.
